What warranty do I get with my MadFit Products?

Every MadFit product comes with a six month warranty against defects. If your MadFit product develops a problem within this timeframe, we’ll sort a refund or replacement for you.

Can I change my mind on my purchase?

Sure! We give you 30 days to return your product for a full refund. It must be sealed and unused to qualify for this.

What if I’ve tried the product out? Can I request a refund?

Sorry but due to safety and hygiene reasons, we can't accept a return on any products if you have changed your mind unless the product is damaged or faulty.
