Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic Delivery (USA): Estimated delivery within 2-6 business days for a flat rate of $10.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: MadFit does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy
MadFit ships to countries outside the USA. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are as follows:
- Canada/South America: $15 with an estimated delivery of 5-10 business days.
- Europe: $30 with an estimated delivery of 12-18 business days.
- Rest of World: $30 with an estimated delivery of 15-30 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: MadFit ships international orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost. In rare cases, customers might be required to pay duties upon receiving their order.
Damages
MadFit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact support at support@madfit.co to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
For domestic returns within the USA, MadFit covers the cost of return shipping. Customers are asked to contact our support team at support@madfit.co to initiate the return process. For international returns, our support team will provide customized return instructions on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes inspection.
Please note that order processing times might extend by 1-2 days during high volume periods. MadFit will communicate any significant delays via email.
