Some traditional resistance bands can make things uncomfortable with pinching and digging into your skin as you move. We wanted to make sure this is never something you need to think about by coating our strong, flexible rubber base in a soft and light fabric.

To clean, hand wash each band cold and leave them flat to dry. Do not use chemicals like bleach to clean them.

Do not iron or dry clean the bands.

Keep the bands away from direct light and heat sources.
